Hypertherm® SmartSYNC™ 180 Degree Machine Plasma Torch

Genuine Hypertherm® SmartSYNC™ 180 Degree Machine Plasma torch is ideal for the most common mechanized plasma cutting applications, when using a Hypertherm® Powermax SYNC® plasma cutter. The 180 degree torch head is suitable for CNC cutting, track cutting and pipe cutting operations. The full size torch head comes complete with gear track.

All SmartSYNC plasma torches use Hypertherm's proprietary one-piece consumable cartridge, for up to 5X longer consumable life and more consistent cuts. A single, color-coded cartridge (NOT INCLUDED) contains all the necessary consumables for plasma cutting, in one convenient assembly.  The smart cartridge eliminates the need to individually replace the plasma cup, tip, electrode and swirl ring - saving time and reducing parts inventory.  RFID chips in both the consumable cartridge and SmartSYNC torch take the guesswork out of your machine set up by automatically setting your Powermax SYNC plasma cutter to the correct cut settings - no manual adjustments are necessary. The RFIDs also communicate the cartridge's useage data and end-of-life status back to the plasma cutter* to ensure maximum performance and superior metal cuts. *NOTE: when using a Powermax45 SYNC, a #528083 cartridge reader MUST be used to retrieve cartridge data (NOT INCLUDED).

The 180 degree SmartSYNC machine plasma torch is available with 25 ft., 35 ft., 50 ft or 75 ft. leads and comes with Hypertherm's 1-year factory warranty.
