HyAccess cartridge means Powermax SYNC customers are now able to use the full breadth of the Powermax specialty consumables family of products. HyAccess cartridges are available in three versions: Drag cut, Gouge, and for the first time, Mechanized cut. This one is specific to Mechanized Cutting. 

When using the HyAccess cartridge with the SmartSYNC torch on Powermax SYNC, the three components automatically set the system’s amperage, air pressure, and mode to ensure the best possible outcomes. In addition, the HyAccess cartridge is equipped with RFID technology that records cutting data that can be read from the power supply or with a cartridge reader (part number ). This data can be used by operators to better understand cutting performance.

For Powermax65, Powermax85, and Powermax105 users, the HyAccess cartridge can be used on their systems by installing the cartridge adapter (part number ). The HyAccess cartridge will provide the same excellent performance as HyAccess stack-up consumables, while offering the ease of use of a single-piece.
