This oven is 2/1 gastronorm compatible and two shelve supplied. The oven has five shelf positions to allow for two shelf cooking.

The Piezo ignition oven has 6 x 5.8kW (20,000 btu/hr) hob burners, with an oven rating of 7.8kW / 27,000 btu/hr.
This oven has a wide oven temperature range of 120 - 270C.
This oven has a chef's cast iron sold top with a 11.2kW burner.

This oven also has a semi-sealed, pressed stainless steel hob, for easy cleaning.
The oven has individual cast iron pan supports, to hold even large stock pots.

Natural/Propane gas inlet: 3/4" BSP.
